For Product that we verify to be defective, we will pay freight in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed. If you choose not to insure hometheatersystemreceiver your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
