If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition home in conformity with theatre this policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable whether an item is returned to our store or to our return center. For exchanges of a defective store product, we will refund shipping charges. Please allow 14 days from home when we receive your Product for the processing of your credit. Additional theatre charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.

Merchandise store purchased on-line through our site home (regardless of whether theatre you picked it up store at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you home first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is good for 10 days.
